J488 - SUPER 200 URETHANE FINISH
FAST DRYING, DURABLE, HIGH GLOSS,
RE-COATABLE, NON-YELLOWING
Is a premium water-based polyurethane finish that may be used on a variety of floor surfaces. This product is durable, easy to repair and non-toxic. It responds well to high speed (1100 rpm) and ultra-high speed (1500-2500 rpm) burnishing, producing extremely high gloss floors.
It is a tough mark-resistant product ideally suited for use with all floor care systems: non-buff, spray buff, high speed burnishing and ultra high speed burnishing.
In conjunction with an acrylic sealer, it is recommended for use on concrete, terrazzo, slate, marble, quarry tile as well as asphalt tiles, vinyl asbestos, linoleum, vinyl rubber, cork and composition floors and resilient tile.
This product contains 18% floor solids, dries quickly (30-40 minutes) and will cover 35-45 square meters per litre.

DIRECTIONS: Use only clean equipment (applicator, mops and pails), in applying the finish. Apply a thin, even coat. Do not rub! Another thin coat is recommended for added gloss and protection. Allow 20 minutes for drying before applying a second coat.

NOTE: When burnishing with high speed equipment (over 2000 rpm), limit application of this floor finish to two coats and wait at least seven days before adding additional coats.
